Our style is clean and elegant and our taste is based on European recipes using bags of flour, real butter, and other natural ingredients.

After five years of producing over 750 specialty cakes in our private kitchen, we are now open to the public at our brick-and-mortar located in Waynesville.

Just a few miles west of Asheville.  We are open Tuesday-Saturday for dine-in or carry out brunch and lunch. We also have old-school pastry displays filled with baked goods including a selection of pie slices, cheesecake slices and cupcakes. We are scratch bakers, so we bake in the morning and sell out for the day. So the earlier you arrive, the more choices you will have.

As for weddings, we do offer complimentary tastings for weddings over 50 guests.   We will be happy to meet you.
