Fondant is a thin layer of a house made sugar paste that is applied over an outer layer of buttercream. It is not an icing choice, but rather an additional layer. We make our fondant in house, and flavor it to compliment your cake. Fondant gives you the ability to add stencil work, airbrush edible color, add sugar embellishments.
