Buttercream designed cakes are very classic and elegant. We love them when decorated with fresh blooms that match the style of your wedding. And as a bonus, they are the most cost effective. Our buttercreams are European, ethier Swiss or Italian Meringues. They are light in texture and in taste and we never include ingredients like shortening, palm oil, or powered sugar. They are sweet but not sugary.
Some people will call this icing a whipped icing…. however you call it, with your first bite, let it melt on your pallet and when it does you taste that real vanilla.
All of our cakes are scratch made using real and natural ingredients. If you have one of our cakes, you know it came from a bag of flour, has real sweet butter, dairy and baked with love. We trim our cakes, so the inside looks as lovely as the outside.
How They Look on the Inside
Our cakes are made with four cake layers and three filling layers. So it is very common to have a curd, mousse, Bavarian or cheesecake layer as a surprise for your guests. They are approximately 4.5 inches tall. So a 1 x 2 x 4 inch slice is actually quite a large piece.
